As an independent contractor, you choose which events fit your availability.EXCITEMENT – Work at premier youth sporting events while helping deliver a professional streaming experience for athletes, coaches, and families.NEW TECHNOLOGY – Gain hands-on experience using industry-leading live streaming equipment and production technology.SUPPORT – You’ll receive training, documentation, and ongoing support from the BallerTV Operations Team to help you succeed at every event.WHAT SERVICES WE NEEDTRACK – Receive, transport, and care for event equipment, including cameras, networking equipment, and marketing assets.EXECUTION – Set up and break down BallerTV’s live streaming systems at each court or field while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.MONITOR – Monitor live streams throughout the day, troubleshoot equipment when needed, and communicate with the Operations Team to ensure every game is successfully broadcast.ENJOY – Get paid while watching live sports and helping showcase thousands of athletes to family members, college recruiters, and fans around the world.FLEXIBILITY – This is a part-time weekend contractor position. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 11:00 PM. Contractors should be comfortable traveling up to 40 miles one way to event venues.PAY – $18/hourDaily shifts may exceed 12 hours.
