Accountabilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding processes, reviewing submissions and ensuring compliance with internal requirements
- Maintain accurate vendor records in internal systems and coordinate updates with Accounts Payable and risk teams
- Track WSIB and WCB compliance across provinces and update systems accordingly for non-compliant vendors
- Support client onboarding, including data collection, prequalification documentation, and system setup in SharePoint and internal platforms
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring information accuracy and alignment with engagement criteria
- Prepare insurance certificates and clearance documentation based on RFPs, tenders, and client requirements
- Liaise with insurance brokers and internal teams to support complex insurance-related requests
- Assist the Security Clearances team with maintaining compliance documentation and clearance requirements when needed
- Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of administrative or compliance-related experience
- Strong understanding of insurance, risk management, or ability to quickly learn regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with vendor and client onboarding processes in a structured environment
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with systems such as SharePoint or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting
- Eligibility to obtain security clearance (including clean criminal record and required residency conditions in Canada)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods certification is required
