The Opportunity:

As a Team Chief, you’ll lead one of the largest and most complex Operations Groups. Your team will work with the client to plan and prepare up to five major training events annually. You will design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the planning and execution of large-scale training events, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the combat readiness of the U.S. Army while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level, including fulfilling responsibilities as a Command and Control warfighting function expert

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine

  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a Colonel O-6 or above  

  • Experience serving as a planner on a division of higher staff

  • Experience serving as a warfighting function trainer within MCTP or at the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or similar school

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Master's degree

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification 

  • Graduate of War College

  • Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
