Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician installs, debugs, and maintains hardware and software products primarily at customer locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing hardware repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing customer training.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. Good written and verbal communication skills and a valid driver's license are also required.
