**Summary:** Meta is seeking an experienced Site Loss Control Specialist to join our Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) team, supporting the safe delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. In this role, you will serve as a critical safety resource embedded within fast-track, mission-critical construction environments, providing expert guidance on loss control, risk management, regulatory compliance, and Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) administration. You will partner closely with project teams, general contractors, and trade partners to drive zero-incident performance across greenfield and retrofit data center builds. This is a full-time, site-based position supporting Meta's global data center infrastructure portfolio. **Required Skills:** Site Loss Control Specialist - Construction Safety Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all construction activities on data center project sites, including high-voltage electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes 2. Serve as the primary loss control resource within an OCIP environment, ensuring program compliance and coordinating with insurance carriers and project stakeholders 3. Partner with general contractors and trade partners to implement and monitor site-specific safety plans, job hazard analyses, and safe work procedures 4. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking for all near-misses, first aids, and recordable events on site 5. Facilitate site safety orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted training programs aligned with data center construction hazards 6. Collaborate with the broader DEC loss control team to maintain consistent safety standards, reporting cadences, and performance metrics across the project portfolio 7. Monitor regulatory compliance with OSHA and applicable local authority requirements, proactively identifying and resolving gaps before they result in citations or incidents 8. Integrate into the construction sequence and schedule to anticipate high-risk phases such as energization, commissioning, and confined space operations in mission-critical environments 9. Maintain detailed safety documentation including inspection reports, training records, incident logs, and OCIP reporting deliverables 10. Travel to other project sites within the portfolio as needed to provide loss control support and share best practices across the DEC construction program **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 10+ years of construction safety experience in a dedicated loss control or environmental health and safety role 12. Experience working within an OCIP environment, including carrier coordination, reporting obligations, and program compliance 13. Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical construction projects such as data centers, industrial facilities, or comparable high-complexity environments 14. Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementing corrective action programs on active construction sites 15. Experience with OSHA regulatory compliance, site safety plan development, and hazard identification for electrical, mechanical, and civil construction scopes **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16.
