The OpportunityAs a Workforce Management - Workforce Software - Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize their workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on providing consulting services related to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading HR transformation initiatives to optimize workforce strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Guiding clients in assessing and improving HR processes, policies, and systems to align with business objectives
- Developing and implementing HR technology solutions to improve service delivery models and enhance HR function efficiency
- Managing client engagements by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing projects successfully
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Technology Solution Architecture
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning to drive business transformation
- Embracing change management and technology implementation for workforce optimization
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Developing skills in HR metrics and service delivery models
- Managing HR project management with a focus on technology operations

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
