This role leads a variety of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process engineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployment. Operating as an individual contributor managing matrixed teams, the purpose of this role is to drive the successful execution of these initiatives in alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.This is a hybrid position based at our Prague office.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives and IT deliverables.Directly manages all parts of the project life cycle and works with matrix IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases of a project.Rigorously manages project scope, milestones, and integrated plans to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.Validates financial forecasts, provides on-going reconciliation of resources, and manages related project expenditures.Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives, representing the project in governance forums.QualificationsRequired:7 to 10 years of IT Project Management Experience in a multinational company, with proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology.PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.Skills you need to succeed:Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively with solid influencing skills and sound business and technical acumen.Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams under pressure.Additional InformationWhat we offerHere's a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect:Health & Financial Benefits: Benefit from an annual medical check-up (1 day long), a monthly contribution to pension insurance 900 CZK, meal vouchers 180 CZK per day, 5 000 CZK vouchers (flexipass) annually and an Iphone for your personal use.Time Off: Enjoy 25 vacation days plus 3 sick days annually, and parental leave according to law.Flexible Work & Commute:Benefit from a flexible work arrangement (Monday always in office, plus one additional day of your choice).We offer free parking at the Distribution Center (industrial area) and a contribution for public transportation for those without company cars.Professional Development: We invest in your growth with individually set-up development plans with managers and language courses available for all, including our shop floor team.Well-being & On-site Perks: Access to Lyra, our confidential Employee Assistance Program, for personal and professional support.
