Accountabilities:

    • Maintain and update accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, logistics documentation, and related operational data.
    • Track inbound and outbound deliveries, communicate with suppliers and partner facilities, and ensure timely shipment coordination.
    • Prepare, distribute, and maintain regular and ad-hoc logistics, forecasting, and inventory reports.
    • Manage inventory tracking systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy across plant and warehouse operations.
    • Coordinate carton counts, inventory updates, and reconciliation of discrepancies across internal and external locations.
    • Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), review invoices, and verify or approve additional charges when applicable.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency in supply chain data and reporting.
    • Support forecasting activities and participate in operational planning meetings to improve supply chain performance.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
      • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
      • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software tools is a plus.
      • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining structured workflows and deadlines.
