Accountabilities:

    The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for building, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business requirements. This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective platform solutions.

    • Design, develop, configure, and implement custom applications, modules, workflows, and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Service Portals, Service Requests, and platform configurations.
    • Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using Integration Hub, TMF APIs, and other integration technologies.
    • Ensure seamless data exchange and reliable connectivity between enterprise applications.
    • Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases to validate functionality and improve delivery quality.
    • Support UI and portal development using technologies such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, UI Builder, and ServiceNow widgets.
    • Configure and manage multi-tenant environments while applying Managed Service Provider (MSP) best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for ServiceNow instances supporting multiple users and clients.
    • Implement and optimize ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
    • Develop Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
    • Support IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
    • Create technical documentation, user guides, test plans, and solution specifications.
    • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, improvement, and platform optimization.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong development skills and a proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. They have experience with platform configuration, integrations, automation, and IT service management processes, along with the ability to work effectively in complex technical environments.

      • Proven experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
      • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
      • Experience working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments and multi-tenant configurations.
      • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, TMF APIs, and third-party system integrations.
      • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development practices, workflows, scripting, and platform customization.
      • Experience developing automated testing solutions using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
      • Proficiency with web technologies including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, and UI Builder.
      • Knowledge of ServiceNow portals, pages, widgets, and service configurations.
      • Experience with enterprise integrations, web services, reports, and IT infrastructure concepts.
      • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong commitment to quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
      • Required certifications include:
        • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
        • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
        • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
        • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
        • Relevant ServiceNow micro-certifications.
        • Familiarity with enterprise technology systems and Windows platforms is considered an asset.
