What you'll do

As an Expert GTM Enablement Business Partner for EBU and CBU Sales in LATAM, you will drive functional enablement strategy and long-term operational excellence by partnering with senior executive leaders to eliminate performance gaps and accelerate revenue growth. In this role, you will analyze unique, complex data sets and evaluate intangible market factors to design, deliver, and track strategic end-to-end enablement initiatives across products and core competencies. You will act as a principal advisor to regional sales and customer success leadership, executing cross-functional programs that elevate global business priorities and corporate objectives.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, NA/LATAM GTM Enablement Business Partners.

 

Responsibility

  • Partner with executive sales and GTM leadership to establish strategic objectives, business goals, and long-term regional performance targets

  • Translate global corporate priorities into quarterly regional enablement plans that systematically address skill, process, and execution gaps

  • Evaluate complex regional performance trends and intangible insights from the field to design custom interventions tied directly to revenue outcomes

  • Coach and advise frontline managers on execution methodologies to drive and sustain behavioral changes across teams

  • Lead the creation and delivery of advanced big deal management courses to elevate the execution capabilities of Enterprise teams

  • Anticipate industry disruptions driven by AI and leverage emerging AI trends to enhance local enablement strategy and operational excellence

  • Formulate a strategic feedback loop with Global Enablement, Product, and GTM Operations to optimize product messaging and market alignment

  • Collaborate with Enablement Operations and analytics teams to track the direct impact of strategic enablement programs on key sales KPIs

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or a Master's degree)

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Leadership (or 8+ years with a Master's degree)

  • Experience facilitating and delivering high-impact training virtually and in person to large groups of senior stakeholders

  • Experience in diverse go-to-market motions including Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB segments

  • Experience with complex sales stages, key business metrics, and structural go-to-market frameworks

  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish

Preferred

  • Proven track record of designing enablement initiatives linked directly to macro-level KPIs like win rates, quota attainment, and deal velocity

  • Extensive experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology platforms managing complex sales enablement plans

  • Professional certifications from recognized institutions such as ATD, Sandler, Challenger, or MEDDICC

  • Advanced analytical skills with a focus on translating GTM performance data into functional strategy interventions

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global initiatives and mentor junior team members
