Job Description As a Security Officer Badge Control in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and telecom location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will remain visible to help discourage incidents while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative approach, putting people first and delivering through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access at the location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through appropriate channels.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and other designated areas, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.Support reception and visitor management functions by maintaining accurate access records, issuing visitor badges and/or temporary credentials, and communicating site protocols clearly and professionally.
