Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for data cloud solutions in Canada, supporting sales and customer success teams with insights, demos, and strategic recommendations.
- Deliver engaging client-facing demonstrations that showcase how data solutions can address real-world marketing and business challenges.
- Translate identity, intelligence, attribution, and activation capabilities into clear narratives that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Manage the regional request pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of analyses, reporting, presentations, and client materials.
- Analyze first- and third-party datasets to uncover insights and develop recommendations for customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Collaborate with international teams to align Canadian execution with global standards while adapting strategies to local market requirements.
- Support data partnerships, RFP responses, and proposals by developing innovative use cases and value-driven solutions.
- Provide enablement and training to internal teams, helping stakeholders confidently leverage data capabilities.
- Capture customer feedback and market trends to improve future solutions and influence product development.
- 7+ years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, data-driven marketing, analytics, or consulting roles with significant client interaction.
- Proven expertise in data strategy, audience insights, and translating analytics into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong ability to create executive-level presentations, storytelling materials, and client-facing demonstrations.
- Experience analyzing datasets and using insights to support strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian market and digital marketing ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, customer success, analytics, and solutions teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis, cleaning, filtering, and reporting.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including programmatic, social media, and CRM.
- Experience using workflow and collaboration tools such as Asana or Jira is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Conversational French skills are considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary range of approximately CAD $125,000–$140,000 depending on experience and location.
