- Responsible for liquid cooling solution design for power modules and shelf-level products;
- Proficient in using CAD and CFD software for 3D modeling and thermal simulation analysis, optimizing designs to meet product performance and cost targets;
- Lead the prototyping of thermal solutions, support testing, validation, and failure analysis to ensure thermal reliability requirements are met;
- Collaborate with suppliers on module-level thermal component design and selection;
- Prepare design documentation, test plans/cases, and technical reports;
Support the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) process from R&D to mass production, resolving thermal-related issues during manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related majors;
- More than 5 years of experience in liquid cooling cold plate development or thermal design;
- Proficient in design and simulation tools such as Creo, ANSYS Icepak / Fluent / FloEFD / 6SigmaET;
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving (root cause analysis) skills, and good communication abilities.
- Experience with data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling is preferred.
