Role responsibilities
The Natural Resource Technician II will serve as a field technician for various wildlife management areas, assisting with planting, cultivation, and management of wildlife habitats. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, maintaining equipment, and supporting youth deer hunts.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience or an associate degree in technical sciences. They should also be able to obtain a CDL, pesticide applicators license, and prescribed fire certification.
