Accountabilities:

You will own the full sales cycle across a defined public-sector territory, developing and executing account strategies that convert complex government opportunities into signed agreements. This includes building deep relationships with stakeholders across agencies, navigating procurement processes, and aligning solutions with mission priorities. You will also be responsible for developing pipeline visibility by tracking funding cycles, procurement timelines, and policy shifts that influence buying behavior.

    • Own end-to-end sales execution across federal, state, and local government and law enforcement accounts
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each agency’s mission, procurement structure, and funding cycles
    • Drive pipeline creation and progression from early engagement through negotiation, contracting, and close
    • Navigate complex public-sector procurement processes, including contract vehicles, grant cycles, and compliance requirements
    • Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, positioning the organization as a mission-aligned partner
    • Translate agency objectives into tailored outreach, proposals, and executive-level communications
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sales engineering, marketing, and operations to advance deals and remove blockers
    • Requirements

This role requires extensive experience in public-sector or government sales, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments. You should be highly skilled in translating technical or data-driven solutions into compelling narratives for government audiences. Strong judgment, relationship-building ability, and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments are essential.

      • 5+ years of experience in public-sector, government, or law enforcement sales with a track record of net-new ARR generation
      • Strong understanding of procurement pathways, including federal/state/local contracting, grant cycles, and budget planning
      • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated or mission-driven environments
      • Ability to interpret dense policy, procurement, and agency documentation into actionable account strategies
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level messaging and proposal development
      • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, account planning, and outreach personalization
      • Deep interest in financial crime, cybersecurity, or national security-related domains (blockchain familiarity a plus)
      • US citizenship required for eligibility
      • Benefits

        • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
        • Fully remote work structure within the United States
        • Flexible work arrangements aligned with public-sector stakeholder schedules
        • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave policies
        • Opportunity to work on mission-critical initiatives supporting public safety and national security
        • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and data intelligence technologies in a high-growth environment.
