Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of enterprise data products from definition through delivery:

    • Own and manage the product backlog for strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise data strategy
    • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams
    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical tasks to maximize business value and delivery impact
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and delivery teams
    • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining validation criteria and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations
    • Support the development and evolution of a centralized enterprise data warehouse and related data products
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and usability across multiple data sources and systems
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment sessions
    • Track delivery progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to both technical and business audiences
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization of data workflows
    • Requirements

      We are looking for a strong Data Product Owner with experience bridging business and technical teams in data-driven environments:

      • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role focused on data or analytics products
      • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data integration, and enterprise data management concepts
      • Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake for data exploration, validation, and collaboration with engineering teams
      • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
      • Basic understanding of Python and its role in data processing or automation (nice to have)
      • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
      • Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and UAT processes
      • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
      • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
