Your work will influence manufacturing capacity, labor productivity, factory layout strategy, operational visibility, and key business decisions.What you’ll do Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, constraints, and opportunities for improvementCreate dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that support operational decision-makingDevelop and support Power BI dashboards, workspaces, and reporting solutionsDevelop and maintain capacity models, labor analyses, forecasts, and reporting toolsDevelop and maintain factory layout solutions that support manufacturing flow, capacity, space utilization, densification efforts, and operational efficiencyAggregate, cleanse, and validate data from manufacturing systems and databasesSupport labor standards development, productivity improvement, and capacity planning activitiesSupport new product introductions, product transitions, and manufacturing optimization initiativesPartner with local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and standardization effortsCommunicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organizationWho we’re looking for We are looking for a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working with data, understands manufacturing operations, and is passionate about continuous improvement. The ideal candidate can translate complex data into actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain with 5 year’s relative experience3; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with manufacturing data and operational metricsExperience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Python or analytics automation toolls; experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data analytics platformsExperience administering and supporting Power BI workspaces and reporting environmentsExperience with capacity planning, labor analysis, forecasting, and resource modelingExperience with factory layout planning, space utilization, densification efforts, and AutoCADExperience in semiconductor or other high-tech manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience supporting cross-functional or global teamsOur commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
