You will oversee the setup and execution of all banquet events, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Team Leadership:  Lead and inspire banquet teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Event Coordination:  Plan and organize banquet operations for seamless event execution.
  • Service Excellence:  Uphold high standards in setup, delivery, and guest experience.
  • Problem Solving:  Respond swiftly to issues and adapt to evolving event requirements.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:  Work with other departments and manage schedules for smooth operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or supervisory roles in hospitality
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with event planning processes and food presentation standards
  • Ability to manage time and adapt in dynamic environments
