Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end product design across core user journeys including onboarding, payments, savings, transactions, card management, settings, and AI-driven conversational experiences, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Define and evolve AI-native interaction patterns and contribute to the creation of scalable design systems and component libraries that support product growth and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate ideas into shipped features, while rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating on new concepts.
- Extend and maintain the product’s visual identity across product surfaces, marketing assets, landing pages, and growth design initiatives.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and high-quality execution across all design touchpoints while maintaining alignment with product strategy and user needs.
- 3–5 years of product design experience, ideally with exposure to early-stage or zero-to-one product environments.
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) digital products with strong UX, interaction, and visual design foundations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, brand design, and marketing/growth design capabilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and component-based workflows.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and ability to own full end-to-end user experiences.
- Experience working in fast-paced, remote environments with strong independence and ownership.
- Familiarity with AI-native tools and workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Cursor, Midjourney, Claude, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
