You will perform the monthly Supply Planning process cycle for your DC/network of sites and ensure the finished goods plan for the DC/site/network achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
You will partner with the SBG and CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and adopt the RapidResponse planning tools for your site / network. You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to support your manager in communicating the supply plans to the Business leadership in the SIOP Reconciliation and Exec meetings.
The successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).
• Executing Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
• Actively manage relationships with suppliers & Other regional distributions centre & planning team
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
• Utilising Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
• Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC
• Detailed involvement in transition execution
• Create the monthly Supply / Inventory Plans
• Attending SIOP Supply Review Meetings
• Attending Other SIOP meetings
• Deputising for the Supply/Inventory Planning Supervisor/Manager in presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the SIOP Supply Review meetings
Must have:
• Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
• Oracle knowledge and use
• S&OP Knowledge
• Communication Skills
• English language preferable
Desirable Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
• Six Sigma Green Belt
