Consumer & Community Banking - Treasury Liquidity Management Vice President

As a Liquidity Management Lead within Consumer & Community Banking Treasury, you will work across the organization, collaborating with key stakeholders in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Data & Analytics, and Finance. You will gain direct exposure to senior business leaders and help advance our liquidity framework through regulatory and external engagement, as well as end-to-end management of our liquidity model. You will provide a consultative perspective to promote enhancements to our liquidity framework, with a particular focus on our $1+ trillion retail deposit portfolio. In this role, you will independently solve complex problems and build deep relationships across the firm, creating a lasting impact for the team and the broader organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liquidity Model: Manage and maintain CCB’s deposit liquidity models inclusive of ongoing calibration, documentation and implementation in partnership with our Treasury Controllers and Corporate Treasury. Regularly evaluate areas for ongoing performance monitoring and enhancements
- Regulatory & External Engagement: . Collaborate with internal partners to interpret and advance our view on regulatory changes, focusing on retail deposit products
- Monitoring: Lead CCB Treasury’s liquidity monitoring covering assets & liabilities, continuously tracking key liquidity indicators, evaluating monitoring thresholds, and continuously identifying risks and opportunities to play a key role in developing, analyzing and enhancing liquidity stress methodologies and assumptions
- Collaborate & Connect: Build and nurture relationships across the firm, influencing colleagues at all levels. Serve as an internal consultant, tackling major business challenges and ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
Special Projects: Supports CCB Treasury special projects which could include peer bank analytics, investor relations prep, deposit analytics, data architecture, and project management
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
8+ years of full-time work experience ideally in financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy with a focus in liquidity, treasury or related functions
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with experience in debating complex concepts with key stakeholders and writing of impactful senior level presentations
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree or other demonstrated quantitative and analytical ability
Demonstrated ability to pick up complex concepts quickly, understand the underlying business context of data, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches and work well in cross-functional teams
You will be self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have passion and intellectual curiosity to find and capture business value
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Relevant knowledge and experience in at least one of the team’s key content areas (e.g., regulatory stress testing frameworks (LCR, RLAP, RLEN, etc.), deposit pricing, transfer pricing, corporate finance)
Experience in project management including but not limited to project planning, milestone tracking and blocker identification and resolution
Intermediate Excel use including structured process to prototype and solution analysis which is easy to follow
