This is a true right-hand role: a strategic thought partner operating at the center of the business during a formative period when the decisions being made will define Linero for years to come.You will work across the full scope of the company: product strategy, fundraising, policy, customer relationships, partnerships, hiring, operations, and the constant stream of high-stakes priorities that demand executive attention. You will help drive critical initiatives from inception to execution, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure important work moves quickly and with precision.
