  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, provide guidance on medium-complexity escalations, and contribute to process documentation and SOP updates.

  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives (PPI) to enhance efficiency, controls, and overall Order-to-Cash performance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and internal controls while supporting additional projects and business priorities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • B2+ English Level.

  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle JDE, SAP), CForia/GetPaid, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

  • Adaptability to changing business priorities and environments.

  • Proven ability to meet KPIs/SLAs and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
