**Summary:** Meta's Reality Labs, home to our Wearables, Virtual Reality, and Horizon businesses, is one of the most dynamic, fast-paced organizations at Meta and we need a Strategy, Planning & Operations Manager who can keep pace, while anticipating challenges and opportunities: building the infrastructure, processes, and capabilities that allow our marketing organization to scale at the pace the business demands.This role leads the connective tissue between strategy, cross-functional alignment, and execution, ensuring that our highest-stakes work is rigorously prioritized, programs stay on track, and leadership has the visibility needed to make fast, informed decisions. You'll operate at the intersection of strategic planning, operational excellence, and AI-enabled ways of working, bringing structure to complexity, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and continuously improving processes and outcomes on how the marketing organization operates. This role reports to the Strategy, Planning & Operations Lead, Reality Labs Marketing. **Required Skills:** Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Operations Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities: 1. Lead integrated marketing planning processes for Reality Labs products, including annual and quarterly planning cycles that align marketing strategy to Wearables, VR, and Horizon product roadmaps and business objectives 2. Develop and maintain the operational frameworks, workflows, and governance structures that enable the RL Marketing team to execute campaigns and programs efficiently across wearables and spatial computing product lines 3. Define and track key performance indicators for RL marketing investments, synthesizing data across channels to surface insights and inform strategic tradeoffs for leadership 4. Partner with finance and marketing leadership to manage budget allocation and forecasting across the RL product portfolio, ensuring resources are directed toward highest-impact initiatives 5. Identify gaps in planning processes and implement scalable solutions that reduce friction and improve cross-functional coordination across marketing, product, and go-to-market teams 6. Build and deliver executive-level communications, including strategy briefings, planning readouts, and performance reviews tailored to diverse audiences including marketing and business leadership 7. Drive alignment across RL marketing sub-teams and cross-functional stakeholders by facilitating goal-setting, prioritization, and accountability mechanisms 8. Leverage AI-integrated workflows to accelerate planning, reporting, and operational processes, and share learnings to scale adoption across the marketing organization 9. Proactively identify strategic risks and opportunities within the RL marketing operating model and develop mitigation plans that minimize disruption to campaign execution 10. Serve as a subject matter expert on RL marketing operations, advising peers and partners on best practices for planning, prioritization, and performance measurement in the AR/VR space **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. Drive GTM milestone tracking and readiness for priority launches, ensuring cross-functional partners are accountable and leadership has clear line-of-sight into the execution status 12. Own and program executive reviews (Marketing, cross-functional, Product, C-Suite) managing cadence, content standards, and follow-through 13. Lead the annual and mid-year planning process, including goal-setting and portfolio prioritization 14. Build investment cases and drive trade-off discussions that align resources to the top business priorities 15. Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, Sales, Finance, and other partners 16. Anticipate friction points and create clarity across teams 17. surface opportunities for stronger collaboration and faster decision-making 18. Lead definition and evolution of ways of working across teams, ensuring clean handoffs, decision rights, and operating norms keep pace with the organization's growth 19. Support headcount and talent planning, headcount tracking and hiring priorities 20. Champions and drives the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, tools, and automation that improves team speed, quality, and scalability 21. Experience driving AI adoption and workflow transformation within a marketing or operations organization 26. Track record of designing and scaling operational processes in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed environments 27. Fluency with AI tools and workflows 28. demonstrated ability to identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in operational or marketing contexts 29. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 30. Strong business and financial acumen 31. comfort in driving resource allocation decisions and building investment cases 32. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, organization-wide strategic initiatives and influence senior and executive stakeholders without direct authority 33. Fluency in marketing and go-to-market (GTM) workflows and processes 34. a deep understanding of how marketing organizations operate end-to-end 35. Experience with consumer technology, hardware, or retail marketing 36. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 37. Excellence in structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations, and communicating at the executive level 38.
