Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will collaborate with investment professionals to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities, then assume full executive leadership of portfolio companies post-close. You will be responsible for end-to-end business ownership and transformation.

    • Lead evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities in partnership with the investment team
    • Transition into President & CEO roles post-acquisition, owning full operational leadership
    • Oversee full P&L responsibility, including EBITDA performance, cash flow, and profitability
    • Define and execute company strategy, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
    • Build and lead executive and functional teams to drive performance and accountability
    • Partner with boards and investors to align on long-term value creation strategies
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand revenue and market positioning
    • Ensure disciplined execution across finance, operations, and organizational development
    • Requirements:

      This role requires seasoned executives with deep experience leading complex organizations and delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes.

      • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in CEO, President, GM, or equivalent P&L roles
      • Proven track record of full business ownership, including strategy, operations, and financial performance
      • Strong history of driving EBITDA growth, profitability, and cash flow improvement
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale organizations through growth or transformation phases
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with autonomy and accountability
      • Strong business development capability and experience driving revenue expansion
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
      • High integrity, strong judgment, and proven credibility with boards and investors
