Accountabilities:
- Lead evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities in partnership with the investment team
- Transition into President & CEO roles post-acquisition, owning full operational leadership
- Oversee full P&L responsibility, including EBITDA performance, cash flow, and profitability
- Define and execute company strategy, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
- Build and lead executive and functional teams to drive performance and accountability
- Partner with boards and investors to align on long-term value creation strategies
- Drive business development initiatives to expand revenue and market positioning
- Ensure disciplined execution across finance, operations, and organizational development
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in CEO, President, GM, or equivalent P&L roles
- Proven track record of full business ownership, including strategy, operations, and financial performance
- Strong history of driving EBITDA growth, profitability, and cash flow improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale organizations through growth or transformation phases
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with autonomy and accountability
- Strong business development capability and experience driving revenue expansion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, strong judgment, and proven credibility with boards and investors
