Accountabilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decisions and improve business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation, cleansing, and integrity checks.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, data assets, data dictionaries, and relevant documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics processes, and data quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration processes.
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight is a plus.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques and data modeling best practices is considered an advantage.
