THE JOBSignal Advisors is seeking an experienced Product Manager who builds the way modern product teams build: AI-first. In this role, you will define, prototype, and launch products that empower financial advisors — including experiences that automate complex service, planning, and compliance workflows. You won't just write specs and hand them off; you'll use AI tools daily to prototype solutions, analyze data, and move from idea to working software faster than a traditional PM process allows. You'll work closely with users, engineering, design, operations, and executive stakeholders to what we build, and how to 10x our clients. Your understanding of financial services will be an asset; your fluency with AI as both a product surface and a personal tool is essential.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DOOwn the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration — with a prototype-first approach: validate ideas with working prototypes, not just PRDs.Design the end-to-end experience, on-platform and off. Own the full journey for both advisors and the internal teams serving them — the workflows, handoffs, and SLAs behind every request — deciding where software, automation, and human expertise each belong.Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and similar) as part of your daily workflow — to prototype features, query and analyze production data, synthesize user feedback, and draft product artifacts.Define quality bars and evaluation approaches for features and services: what "good" looks like, how we test it, and how we monitor accuracy, trust, and adoption after launch.Translate complex business needs from the financial services and wealth management industry into clear product direction, working software, and actionable stories for engineering and design.Drive strategic thinking that aligns with company strategy, influencing leadership and the product roadmap by identifying the highest-impact opportunities for the advisor experience.Gather and synthesize feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product decisions.Define and analyze key product metrics (adoption, automation rate, time-to-resolution, quality) to measure success and inform future decisions.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN TEAM MEMBERSA builder's mindset: you'd rather ship a rough prototype today than perfect a document for next week.Genuine, hands-on AI fluency — you already use AI tools daily and have strong opinions about where they excel and where they fail.A passion for solving complex problems and a commitment to improving the financial well-being of others.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.A collaborative spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.WHAT YOU HAVE5+ years of product management experience; experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech is strongly preferred.Direct...
