Accountabilities:
- Analyze customer requests and translate business needs into clear functional requirements while identifying underlying challenges and opportunities.
- Document current and future business processes, workflows, and operational requirements using structured methodologies.
- Define customer success criteria and ensure solutions are aligned with measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of laboratory informatics solutions, including LIMS, ELN, and scientific data management platforms.
- Configure workflows, experiments, and system processes to meet customer requirements and support operational goals.
- Create workflow concepts, mockups, and documentation to communicate proposed solutions effectively.
- Deliver end-user training and guidance to ensure customers can maximize the value of implemented solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, investigate business challenges, and facilitate effective solution delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to capture customer feedback and translate needs into potential product improvements.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner by helping customers optimize their use of the platform and available services.
- Manage implementation documentation, deployment materials, and business analysis deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support testing activities to validate new features and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve processes, delivery methods, and customer engagement practices.
- 5+ years of experience working within life sciences, preferably in a laboratory environment involving the introduction of new technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a life science discipline such as molecular biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with LIMS, ELN, SDMS, or similar laboratory informatics systems.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and building effective relationships across technical and business teams.
- Ability to lead customer workshops, gather requirements, and document business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- Experience creating process documentation and translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM platforms.
- Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management and accountability.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
