Senior Manager, Absence Partner Operations
Role responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Partner Operations is responsible for delivering operational excellence and partner satisfaction across ComPsych's largest partner relationships. This includes overseeing call center and claims operations, ensuring service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in absence management or a related field, with at least three years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of leave and disability management practices, as well as experience with AI and operational workflows, is preferred.
