As an Specialty Operations Associate in the Trade & Working Capital team, you will establish and run a governance framework that tracks project milestones, operating metrics, and delivery health across priority initiatives. You will analyze complex data and inputs to generate executive-ready insights and enable timely, high-quality decisions and escalations. You will collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and embed operating rhythms that improve accountability and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities :
- Establish a comprehensive governance framework to track project milestones and business metrics.
- Analyze complex information and synthesize insights to support timely, high-quality decisions.
- Create and refine executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and weekly reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Escalate issues through a clear matrix to manage risks and crisis situations effectively.
- Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships to drive adoption of governance standards and operating rhythms.
Lead team focus areas with disciplined execution, ensuring accuracy, control, and on-time outcomes.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- 8+ years in financial services with business knowledge of trade products and stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong analytical capability with experience analyzing and synthesizing large datasets to produce actionable insights
- High proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project; ability to develop compelling storyboards
Exceptional communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver accurately under tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx for data preparation and visualization
- Understanding of Global Trade Finance lifecycle for imports and exports and banking involvement across borders
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving rigor
- Experience influencing management and internal stakeholders to embed governance practices and KPI discipline
