- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.
- Source materials and services from approved suppliers in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure on-time material availability.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, and Suppliers to resolve supply issues.
- Follow up on order status, expedite critical materials, and mitigate supply risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in SAP.
- Support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and ethical requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using SAP for procurement activities.
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in the marine, shipbuilding, or industrial equipment industry.
- Knowledge of SAP MM module.
- Experience working in an international or multinational company.
- Familiarity with import/export and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or supply chain best practices.
