Accountabilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL to meet business requirements and improve system capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and data consistency across platforms.
- Perform code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure high-quality development through rigorous testing and debugging activities.
- Support continuous improvement by staying updated on Salesforce releases, features, and development methodologies, applying them to enhance solutions.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with strong hands-on expertise in platform customization and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, with ability to build scalable and efficient solutions on Salesforce.
- Solid experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware approaches.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Experience with Omnistudio (Integration Procedures, DataRaptor/DataMapper, Omniscript) and product catalog configuration (products, offerings, bundles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) is a plus.
