About the Job We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to power the top of our hiring funnel as we scale our global healthcare innovation platform. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and build deep pipelines of exceptional talent that Redesign and our portfolio companies depend on. You'll work in an AI-innate by utilizing modern tools like to research, enrich, and evaluate at a scale and quality that traditional sourcing can't match. What You'll Do Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build a clear picture of the ideal candidate background, then translate it into targeted, comprehensive search strategies. Own top-of-funnel sourcing for internal and portfolio roles: market mapping, talent research, and search in order to build deep candidate pipelines. Collaborate with our technology team to build and deploy scalable and repeatable recruiting workflows and applications. Develop and utilize creative strategies to discover non-traditional and/or up and coming talent across niche roles and geographies. Develop creative and personalized outreach across channels and manage candidate engagement and responses. Implement a full AI tech stack for research, sourcing, evaluation, engagement, and candidate experience. Track and report on pipeline health and sourcing metrics: channel effectiveness, response rates, conversion, and funnel diversity, and continuously iterate on what's working. What You'll Need 3-6 years of sourcing or research experience, ideally in a startup, venture, or high-growth technology environment. A core focus on technical sourcing, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and evaluate in-demand engineering and technical talent. High proficiency with AI tools like Claude to maximize productivity—you've gone well beyond basic ChatGPT/LLM usage and actively build workflows to work faster and smarter. A demonstrated track record of building pipelines in fast-paced environments and holding a high bar for talent. You identify and communicate insights, updates, and recommendations clearly, driving alignment and action with urgency. Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and challenges.
