SUMMARY: 

Driving policies and best practices of Identity Access and Management (IAM) across the enterprise organization. Assess continuous improvement based on technology upgrades, software, systems, and best practices. Responsible for monitoring, upgrading, support, and management of IAM infrastructure related systems.  

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Advanced knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) architecture, configuration, identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, provisioning, and troubleshooting across complex enterprise environments.

  • Experience with development and configuration utilizing XML, JavaScript, and BeanShell

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting across the IAM environment, including identity API integrations, enterprise SSO, modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect), CyberArk (Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, and credential rotation), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

  • Advanced knowledge in IAM process, protocols and environment.

  • Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment  

  • Conducting triage and resolution of IAM issues and outages. 

  • Leading project workstreams across end-to-end IAM and infrastructure projects  

  • Cross team collaboration with business and information technology stakeholders, driving solutions design and development. 

  • Learning and adopting emerging technologies 

  • Design, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions  

  • Expert-level knowledge of ITIL service management practices, including incident, problem, request, and change management, with demonstrated experience leading complex operational issue resolution and executive stakeholder communication.

  • Designs the strategy roadmap and forward analysis of IAM and infrastructure changes to the environment, proof of concepts, and vendor management.  

  • Guide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical IAM designs.  

  • Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition with the business for pro-active solutions  

  • Analyzing trends, emerging technologies, and version updates to optimize vendor relationships, technical solutions, and improve customer experience. 

  • Partners across technology SMEs for process, policy, and procedure best practices and design.  

  • Develop process improvement strategies based on pattern recognition with the business for pro-active solutions.  

  • Consult with business and leadership stakeholders on the use of technology shaping business problems, approach, and outcomes. 

  • Other duties as assigned.  

  • Regular attendance is required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. 

  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving, cross team collaboration, risk analysis, analytical, operating systems, hardware, infrastructure design, scripting, financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis. 

  • Advanced communication, time management, complex problem solving, teamwork, leadership, mentoring, project management, business acumen, requirements gathering, planning, indirect management.  

 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field. 

Pay Range:

$118,700.00 - $211,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
