Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Representative in Hollywood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal in a residential location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and respond to security-related concerns with strong communication and professionalism. - Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, community policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related activities according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to observe conditions and report unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Guard card is required.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
