Your mission

  • Organize, distribute and track event project plans: ensuring the tasks are followed up and delivered in time and region counterparts are hold accountable
  • Ensure event tasks and tracking are accurate and up to date
  • Work well and collaboratively across functions including marketing project management, regional marketing, and other marketing teams 
  • Support the team with end-to-end events execution excellence, including run-of-show, venue/showroom operations, sample/VM readiness, IT set-up, staffing, and others

Your story

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field (prior internship experience in events/marketing is a plus)
  • A self-starting, hands-on mindset. You are organized enough to manage your own projects
  • A true team player who is solution-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • You have the ability and enjoy driving work forward and solving ambiguous problems
