Generative and agentic AI are reshaping how enterprises create campaigns, scale content, and manage brands. As that shift accelerates, the lines between product strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, and customer transformation are converging into a single motion, and no one yet owns it end to end. This role does.
Adobe is hiring a Director of AI GTM Strategy & Innovation to find and grow the next wave of opportunity across GenStudio, Firefly Enterprise, and Adobe Brand Intelligence. The role sits where product innovation, ecosystem, customer workflows, and enterprise distribution meet, and it turns emerging market shifts into revenue. The right leader pairs real fluency in generative and agentic AI with sharp enterprise GTM judgment and product-centric thinking.
What You'll Do
- Define AI-native GTM opportunities across GenStudio, Firefly Enterprise, and Adobe Brand Intelligence, from new solution categories to enterprise sales motions and partner-led offerings
- Translate market, customer, and competitive insight into product and GTM requirements
- Partner with Product and Engineering so roadmap priorities reflect enterprise adoption, customer value, and how the motion scales
- Build co-innovation models with AI model providers, hyperscalers, systems integrators, and strategic customers
- Lead customer-backed validation through design partner programs, early access, and executive discovery
- Align Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance around the highest-priority AI growth bets, and write the investment cases that drive clear go/no-go calls
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years across GTM strategy, enterprise SaaS, AI, business development, product marketing, or digital transformation
- Deep command of generative AI, agentic AI, enterprise software, marketing technology, or content supply chain transformation
- A track record of turning emerging market and customer insight into product, partnership, or GTM strategies that scale
- Strong commercial instincts across enterprise buying motions, sales execution, pricing, packaging, adoption, and value realization
- Direct influence on product roadmap and cross-functional investment decisions at the executive level
- Executive communication that simplifies complexity and lands a sharp strategic narrative
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, building structure, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
Success in This Role
Success means identifying and advancing high-impact AI growth opportunities that shape Firefly Enterprise and GenStudio product direction, ecosystem strategy, and revenue execution. The right leader moves Adobe past incremental GTM plays and builds the strategies that define how enterprises adopt and scale AI across content and brand.
