Relocation assistance may be available.The Project Manager independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. This role works on major projects and/or several projects of moderate scope with complex features.Lead engineering design and project management for Facilities projectsSupport senior leadership with business development activities and help strengthen client relationshipsInteract directly with clients to ensure successful project deliveryMentor and develop team members in both technical skills and professional growthAssist with proposals, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and tradeshowsAbility to travel nationwide as needed.Other duties as assigned/commensurate with a project manager roleQualificationsOur ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a team and diving into new challenges, and will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (multiple disciplines) from an accredited institutionProfessional Engineering license in area of expertise5+ years of progressively responsible work experienceExceptional skills in team leadership, coordination, and supportAbility to communicate effectively and appropriately with groups both internally and externallyMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel. Additional Preferred Experience/Skills:Five years of demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and projects while overseeing a team, or teams, of people.
