Retail Supervisor - Part-time (Full-time Possible) - Munich

We are now looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our Munich Flagship Store. This is a part-time position with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning into full-time. Flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends.

 

Requirements

The Position: Retail Supervisor (Part-Time)

As Retail Supervisor, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the store, supporting the Store Manager and ensuring an inspiring, premium experience for every customer.

Through your passion for cycling, you will help create a vibrant atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. You enjoy working hands-on, taking responsibility, and contributing across all aspects of store operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cycling and fashion, thinks proactively, and is willing to support the team wherever needed. You have strong product knowledge within premium cycling apparel, an interest in coffee, and you are an active cyclist yourself.

You ensure that the Pas Normal Studios vibe is present in and around the flagship store through daily operations and local activations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall look and feel of the store aligns with the Pas Normal Studios brand
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a premium brand experience
• Take responsibility for shifts, duties, and day-to-day coordination
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store presentation
• Help build and maintain a strong local cycling community
• Ensure the store is fully stocked and well-organized
• Prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate initiative

 
Qualifications

You have experience from a retail or café environment and are motivated by sales and excellent customer service. You enjoy being a visible brand ambassador for one of the fastest-growing premium cycling brands.

• Is fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Has a genuine passion for cycling (required)
• Has strong social skills and an engaging, confident personality
• Is highly customer-focused and service-minded
• Is organized and structured, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Has a strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Is a motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do mindset
• Is flexible and available to work weekends
