About the role:

We’re looking for a talented Client Success Executive to join the Octopus Fleet team and deliver next-level customer service while supporting our business customers in their transition to sustainable energy.

About the role:

We’re looking for a talented Client Success Executive to join the Octopus Fleet team and deliver next-level customer service while supporting our business customers in their transition to sustainable energy.

What you'll do...

  • Own Relationships: Be the trusted day-to-day partner for a portfolio of large fleet customers, supporting them throughout their electrification journey.

  • Deliver Great Experiences: Build strong relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and proactive support.

  • Drive Growth: Keep a close eye on account health, spot opportunities to grow accounts, and help customers get the most from our products.

  • Track Success: Share meaningful insights and reporting to help customers understand their electrification progress and impact.

  • Smooth Onboarding: Own the handover from Sales to Customer Success, making sure every customer gets off to a brilliant start.

  • Set Customers Up for Success: Work with customers to define growth goals and key milestones on their electrification journey.

  • Champion the Customer: Be the voice of your customers, sharing feedback with the wider Octopus Fleet team to improve their experience.

  • Shape the Product: Turn customer feedback into ideas that help evolve our products and keep pace with the fast-moving electrification market.

What you'll need...

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in account management or client success (SaaS desirable)

  • A genuine passion for delivering awesome client experiences and driving sustainability goals

  • Comfortable speaking with businesses and experience liaising with senior stakeholders

  • Fantastic written communication skills with the ability to vary your tone based on the recipient

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities

  • A quick and independent learner, energised by autonomy and responsibility

  • A calm and experienced operational mindset: able to plan ahead, scope, evaluate, implement

  • A knack for detail and a desire to see things through to completion

  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving problems with a practical, structured approach.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a bonus.
