Full-Time Administrative Liaison – Capital Region

Join Our Mission-Driven Team at Community Hospice Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Liaison to support our dedicated Hospice team in the Capital Region.

This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our corporate office while supporting our mission of providing exceptional care and service to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering and managing multi-line telephone systems
  • Routing calls and messages to field staff and appropriate departments
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the corporate office
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Managing incoming faxes and electronic communications
  • Conducting chart audits and maintaining accurate records
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Performing data entry and database maintenance
  • Assisting with documentation required for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal departments
  • Utilizing various computer applications and office software programs

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer software and office systems
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred: Associate degree Ideal Candidate

Pay range: $20.20-$30.30

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
