We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our team in Tallinn and support our KN Workforce Management System. This is an exciting opportunity to combine application support, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving with hands-on development activities. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners in a dynamic international environment while continuously developing your technical skills and expertise.
How you create impact
- Provide application support and system administration for Workforce Time & Attendance and related systems, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing tools in line with agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis, maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Configure and maintain system setups, execute ETL and data-related processes, and support system upgrades, releases, and patches.
- Develop and maintain small-scale features, scripts, bug fixes, and UI enhancements using JavaScript while collaborating with development teams.
- Support testing activities, automation initiatives, and technology projects while identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
What we would like you to bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT support, application support, or a similar technical role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Exposure to JavaScript development and an interest in software development, scripting, and automation.
- Required Tech skills: Linux, Git, Jenkins, AI, etc.
- Understanding of SQL, databases, incident management processes, and software testing practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
