You diagnose the issue, resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues. You support the users with Windows workstations and laptops, Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Office) and printers, scanners and peripherals. In case of complex issues, you escalate to second/third level support and follow through until resolution has been accomplished.All incidents and solutions need to be documented in the ticket system.Your ProfileMinimum MBO-4 in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar roleSolid knowledge of Windows Client OS and Microsoft 365Strong networking fundamentals: LAN, VLAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall/router conceptsExperience with switch configuration and network segmentationStrong SAP/ERP and CRM system capabilityClear communicator with...
