Client Visit Experience Executive
Location: Hinjewadi - Pune
Department: Workplace Experience / Hospitality Services
About the Role
JLL is looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Client Visit Experience Executive to manage end-to-end client visit experiences within a corporate workplace environment. The role will be responsible for coordinating executive visits, managing event logistics, ensuring floor readiness, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for clients, leadership teams, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate client visits, leadership visits, and executive walkthroughs.
- Ensure workplace and floor readiness prior to all client engagements and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, reception, facilities, security, and catering teams to deliver seamless visitor experiences.
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, town halls, leadership meetings, and special visits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visiting clients and stakeholders during scheduled visits.
- Conduct pre-event and post-event reviews to ensure service excellence.
- Maintain high standards of workplace presentation, hospitality, and customer service.
- Prepare visit itineraries, schedules, visitor reports, and event feedback summaries.
- Handle last-minute requests and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency.
- Build positive relationships with clients, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Hospitality, Corporate Events, Client Experience, Workplace Experience, Guest Relations, or Front-of-House Operations.
- Experience managing corporate events, VIP visits, leadership visits, or client engagement programs.
- Candidates from Hospitality, Workplace Experience, Corporate Offices, Business Parks, Premium Hotels, or Event Management backgrounds are preferred.

- Strong exposure to client-facing roles and event coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly presentable, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
