As a Massage Therapist, you’re not just providing professional massages and body treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
- Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
- Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
- Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
- Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
- Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
