You’ll be the TA anchor for DataSnipper’s Americas footprint, working closely with both local and global hiring managers and People team partners to scale our business across the region.We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-volume, high-talent-density environments and brings structure, urgency, and strong judgement to complex, multi-functional hiring challenges.You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across both technical and GTM roles: building targeted pipelines, screening candidates, facilitating smooth processes, and managing offer negotiations. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and commercial hiring managers across the Americas and in Amsterdam, building strong working relationships to ensure you deeply understand their needs.
