(1)依據不動產估價技術規則等相關法規及經驗邏輯，評估各類型不動產合理價格，製作不動產估價報告書。
(2)與業主確認其估價需求，並可清楚說明不動產估價報告內容。
(3)承作都市更新或公部門案件，必要時代表事務所出席會議，進行簡報及答詢。
(4)整理市場調查資料，提供市場分析建議或擔任顧問協助解決客戶需求。
( 1) Evaluate the reasonable prices of various types of real estate and prepare real estate appraisal reports in accordance with relevant regulations and expertise in real estate valuation techniques.
(2) Confirm the appraisal needs with the property owners and provide clear explanations of the contents of the real estate appraisal report.
(3) Undertake urban renewal or public sector projects, attend meetings on behalf of the firm when necessary, and conduct presentations and Q&A sessions.
(4) Organize market research data, provide market analysis recommendations, and serve as a consultant to assist in resolving customer needs.
