About the Role

The Business Analyst is responsible for managing technical integrations between internal systems as well as tax authority transcripts and post-filing forms. This role works to understand the capabilities and limitations of interconnected systems, ensuring data is properly formatted, compatible, and available to support critical business processes. The Business Analyst also develops and maintains reporting used to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Day to day, you'll...

  • Coordinate with system owners to ensure accurate and consistent data transfer across internal systems
  • Manage the exchange of tax return information, enrollment data, and other key data elements required throughout the process
  • Ensure data and system triggers are available and consumable by downstream reporting platforms
  • Support reporting requirements related to enrollment activities, document collection, and request success metrics
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to maintain tax forms and related filing requirements
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure IRS and state forms are updated and properly formatted for electronic submission
  • Support electronic data inclusion, signature requirements, and tax authority submission processes
  • Manage internal and third-party vendor data connections
  • Monitor integration performance to support continuity of service and reliable data delivery
  • Maintain status reporting and throughput metrics to help measure operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • 3 years minimum related work experience
