Talent Acquisition Specialist
Conscia Ireland is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to support recruitment activity across the business.This is a hands-on, sourcing-led role, where your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates across technical and business functions.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent flow of candidates while supporting the delivery of recruitment processes.
Requirements
Essential- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn, direct outreach)
- Experience handling multiple roles
- Strong organisation skills
- Professional communication
- IT or technical recruitment experience
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Exposure to HR administration
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development (Primary Focus)- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Engage passive candidates and generate interest
- Develop consistent sourcing approaches
- Provide visibility of pipeline progress
- Support roles from advert through to offer
- Screen CVs and assist shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and logistics
- Maintain ATS records
- Ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Act as main contact for candidates
- Ensure timely communication
- Support positive candidate experience
- Post job adverts
- Liaise with agencies
- Support offers and onboarding
- Provide light HR admin support
