Shipping Lead - 2nd Shift - Pay Starting at $30.82/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule Monday - Friday; 3:00 - 11:00 pm with OT

What you will do

• Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods.

• Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues

• Correct any inventory discrepancies.

• Make sure all employees are following departmental safety rules.

• Conduct mid-year and annual employee reviews

• Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet

• Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

 

What you need:

Required

• High School or GED

• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or related field

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelor's degree

• Formal training and leadership experience

  

 

$30.82 - $42.63 USD Hourly plus $1.00 Shift Premium
